Terms, privacy and refunds.

The purchase conditions for Zero2Hero classes, in plain language. They apply to every purchase made on zero2hero.gg.

Who sells

Zero2Hero is a brand operated by Giovanni Lainati · Benjamín Poblete, as natural persons. The coach you pick at checkout is the seller, provides the service, and receives the payment into their own Mercado Pago account. Zero2Hero is not a company or a legal entity separate from them.

We have not yet published the operators' RUT or legal domicile. Until we do, this document does not claim full tax or regulatory compliance, and it does not limit the rights Chilean law gives you regardless.

Terms of service

What you're buying

The online coaching offer shown on the page before payment: the one-hour 1-on-1 class, or the four-class pack (one per week). That offer governs: it defines the sessions included, the total price and the format. Classes are online, over Discord.

Price and payment

The price is shown in Chilean pesos, is the total you pay, and carries no additional charges. It is a one-time payment: you are not signing up for a subscription and you will not be charged again. Mercado Pago processes the payment into the coach's account; we never see or store your card details. On your statement the charge appears as ZERO2HERO.

How scheduling works

Access and scheduling begin once the payment is approved. Your coach messages the WhatsApp number you left at checkout and you agree on a day and time directly. Classes do not expire unless the offer you bought states a deadline before payment.

What you need for the class

A Discord account, a microphone and a stable connection. For VOD review you need to be able to share your recording or your screen. What you buy is the coaching time and the work plan: we do not guarantee a specific rank or competitive result.

Under 18

If you are under 18 you need permission from a parent or legal guardian to buy. By purchasing you confirm that you have it.

Conduct

We may end the service in cases of harassment, threats or abuse toward a coach or another student. Sessions not yet delivered are refunded.

Governing law

Chilean law applies, including Law 19.496 on consumer protection. Nothing in this document limits the non-waivable rights that law gives you. If you buy from another country, you also keep the non-waivable rights of your own jurisdiction.

Who is responsible for your data

The same parties identified above, operating under the Zero2Hero brand. Any request about your data goes to the contact email on this page.

What data we handle

The contact details you leave at checkout (name, email, WhatsApp and, if you provide it, your Discord username); the email from the site's forms; payment identifiers and status; the coach and plan you bought; the name, email and phone Mercado Pago returns; the messages you send to support; and technical analytics data. We also record visit data: which ad or search engine you came from, and an anonymous identifier for your browser. When we tell the ad platforms a purchase happened, your email and phone are encrypted irreversibly: we never send them readable.

What we use it for

Processing payment and preventing fraud; delivering and scheduling classes; supporting you and handling refunds; sending material you explicitly asked for; and measuring site usage in aggregate. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

With the coach you chose, and with the providers the service needs to run: Mercado Pago (payments), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Discord (classes and alerts) and Google Analytics (measurement). We tell Meta and Google Ads that a purchase happened, so we know which ad worked; the contact details go encrypted. Some process data outside Chile under their own terms.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to deliver the service and to meet legal, tax, dispute and security obligations.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to the contact email — except for what we are required to retain.

Cookies and measurement

We use first-party and measurement cookies. z2h_id stores an anonymous identifier for your browser (400 days); z2h_att stores which campaign or ad you came from (90 days); _fbp and _fbc are Meta identifiers used to measure whether an ad led to a purchase (90 days); and the Google Analytics ones measure how the site is used. You can block them all in your browser: checkout keeps working the same.

Withdrawal, refunds and rescheduling

Withdrawal: 10 days

You can withdraw within 10 calendar days of purchase, as long as the service has not started, and you get the full amount back. Write to the contact email with your payment identifier.

When the service starts

The service starts when the first class you bought begins. In a pack, once the first class has begun statutory withdrawal no longer applies to the whole pack — without limiting the other rights in this policy or the ones the law gives you.

Rescheduling

Each class can be rescheduled once at no cost, with at least 24 hours' notice.

Less than 24 hours' notice, or a no-show

The coach may treat that session as used. If there was a documented force-majeure reason, the coach may accept it and reschedule anyway.

If the coach cancels

You choose: a new time, or a refund for the affected session. In a pack, the refund is proportional to the classes not delivered.

How the money comes back

Through the same payment method you used, where Mercado Pago supports it. How long it takes to post depends on your bank or card issuer.
